The EARN IT Act - "Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies" - has been reintroduced into this Congress after having failed of passage in 2020. It has cleared the Senate Committee on the Judiciary and is now destined for consideration by the full Senate. And it is a bill everyone who will be subject to it should know and care about.
