Lord Miles

Lord Miles Routledge is a British man known for being trapped at Kabul during its 2021 fall to the Taliban.
Lord Miles got his name by buying a joke certificate of lordship then legally changing his name to "Lord Miles Le-vesconte Routledge". On May 5th, he set off on a trip to Afghanistan. As Rimmy, an Australian streamer and his main chronicler notes, "he had timed his trip almost perfectly for the collapse of the Afghan security forces."
On August 13 he posted a thread on 4chan with a picture of himself in Kabul, then several others in the following days. On the 15th, Kabul had fallen and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, propped up for the past 20 years by US and other international forces, had ceased to exist.
