It's a quotation template based on greentext that originated on 4chan, and can be used for multiline greentext copied off 4chan.
You can use it by {{Gt}} or {{Greentext}}.
If your quoted text is single line and does not have the >
(quote character), e.g. made as a wiki comment, use Template:GreentextTalk or Template:Gtt.
Example
What you write:
{{Greentext|>Lorem ipsum '''dolor''' sit amet >consectetur adipiscing elit >Proin egestas, magna non sollicitudin commodo}}
{{Gt|>Greentext always fills an entire line}}
What you get:
>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
>consectetur adipiscing elit
>Proin egestas, magna non sollicitudin commodo
Greentext always fills an entire line
