          Not really, but images went down a bit later than the posts did (images were still available by the time I made [https://desuarchive.org/qa/thread/4084344/#4087374 this post]). However, in the bibanon IRC channel Antonizoon made some speculation onto the matter "they most likely only cared for profit. when ad renevue dipped likely due to coronavirus and google's anti cookie measures, they probably saw that there was no profit in the future and pulled the plug.
